Dear Colleague, 

I hope the first quarter of the new year was successful for you and your staff. ONRAD has some exciting plans for the year. I am pleased to announce the first of many new activities; ONRAD will now be releasing teleradiology turnaround times and quality data for our radiology group. I know our team works hard to maintain superior turnaround times every night, and now we are going to make that information available to customers and prospective customers. As a true partner, we believe it’s important to proactively share this type of information and ensure we are providing the best possible service.

With an average turnaround time of only 23 minutes for preliminary and final reports, you’ll see exactly why our customers are so impressed with our services. Although we do take great pride in our superior numbers, we also place equal emphasis on developing relationships with our customers. Teleradiology Turnaround Times: Q1 Numbers Released

ONRAD’s teleradiology turnaround times are consistently low. Every night, the Operations Team ensures that each study is complete and read as quickly as possible. In March 2011, the radiology group’s total average turnaround time for all studies was 24 minutes. All averages include preliminary and final interpretations because ONRAD assigns each type of study the same level of urgency. For final report customers, there is no “wet read” first – customers receive the final report right away.

Teleradiology Quality Data: Q4 Overview

A true radiology partner delivers superior quality in addition to impressive turnaround times. ONRAD’s Quality Assurance program ensures that every reported discrepancy is reviewed by our Quality Committee and that customers receive follow up communications. In addition, ONRAD sends detailed quarterly QA data to all customers. Reported discrepancies for ONRAD’s radiology group are consistently below 0.20%.
